Hmmm. I just sent that CNN gallery to my group of friends who all went to Linfield together. Out of eight of us, we have four of those jobs covered: reporter, event planner, fundraiser, high school teacher. I don't know if that means that I have a group of friends with poor judgment, or a group of friends who value picking a career they like over money, or a group of friends who thrive on stress…or that a liberal arts degree isn't really going to get you anywhere. Of course the other four girls are a real estate agent, veterinarian, accountant, and insurance underwriter, and they're not on the list. Maybe they were the smart ones.
